WHAT IS POWDER COATING
Powder coating is a dry finishing process. Finely ground particles of pigment and resin are electrostatically charged and then sprayed onto the item to be coated. The item to be coated is electrically grounded so that the charged powder particles adhere to the item until heated which causes them to "gel" into a smooth, consistent, and uniform coating.
